Request account deletion

To request deletion of your Splash Box account and personal data, sign in to the member portal below and open Settings → Request account deletion. Your request is reviewed by staff before anything is deleted.

Personal member data is deleted within 30 days of your request being accepted. Purchase and payment records are kept for 5 years as required under Thai Revenue Code recordkeeping rules. Deletion is completed by staff after your request is reviewed -- it is not automatic or instant.
