These terms apply to the Splash Box Unlimited Membership (Unlimited Morning and Unlimited All Day) bought in the Splash Box member app.

Chapter III special offer · Unlimited Membership

New Chapter III event agreements (splash-event-prepay-2026-10-17-v1): pay THB 2,590 at signup. If an existing non-PT unlimited package remains, service starts at its expiry without another charge. The second payment is one calendar month after actual service starts; the first three paid service periods are THB 2,590. This event exception overrides the regular card-only deferred rule below. Previously accepted agreements are not changed.
No valid package: choose today through 30 days after purchase (Bangkok dates). Blank means today. No access before the start date. Month-end renewals use the last available day.
Event prepayment: no customer-requested refund. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice and at least two actual service months, even before the start. All Day: during its first six service months the final month is THB 3,290; afterwards 15 days’ notice. No additional cancellation fee. Statutory exceptions and existing agreements are unchanged.

Unlimited All Day costs3,290 THB/month with an initial six-month term from monthly service start. Early cancellation is allowed with at least one calendar month's notice. The final service month costs THB3,290 and includes unlimited eligible classes; there is no additional penalty. After six months, renewal is monthly with15days' notice before the next charge. Eligible event enrollments pay THB2,590 for the first three months, except that the final month of early cancellation costs THB3,290. Existing agreements, Morning and stopping trial conversion are unchanged.
These terms apply only to new consenting All Day and event-promo All Day enrollments. Existing agreements and Morning are unchanged. The exact expiry and final price are shown before cancellation confirmation and afterwards on your membership page.
From My Page, open Passes & Purchases → Membership → Cancel. Review the end date/time, final-month price and remaining payments, then confirm the cancellation request. Contacting staff alone does not complete the in-app request.

Unlimited Morning — 2,800 THB per month. Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:45.
Unlimited All Day — 3,290 THB per month. No time restriction.
The 14-day trial accepts applications through 31 December 2026. Regular monthly plans do not stop selling on that date.
Chapter III: THB 2,590/month for the first 3 months. On 18 October 2026, anyone may apply without an event ticket or attendance until 22:00 Bangkok time. From month 4, All Day renews at THB 3,290 and Morning at THB 2,800. The separate 20% OFF offer still requires an eligible event ticket and cannot be combined with this subscription offer. Existing contracts are unchanged.
All Day applications 19 October–30 November 2026 inclusive (Bangkok): THB 2,590 for the first monthly service period, then automatic monthly renewal at THB 3,290 from month 2. An eligible enrollment retains its first-month offer if an existing unlimited package defers service start beyond the deadline. Morning’s separate introductory offer and THB 2,800 regular monthly price stay unchanged. Existing contracts, purchased three-month offers, the THB 990 trial and conversion prices stay unchanged. Standard deferred-start and cancellation conditions apply; this is not event prepayment.

Payment is by credit or debit card through Omise. Splash Box never stores your card number or security code; the app shows only the card brand and last four digits.
Existing members with an active unlimited package: the card is saved when you join, but nothing is charged that day. The subscription starts and the first automatic charge is made when the current package expires. Members without remaining unlimited access start and pay immediately.
Regular monthly subscriptions and the trial open to the public at 22:00 on 18 October 2026 (Bangkok time). New customers or customers whose last visit was at least 3 calendar months ago may use the 14-day trial once, provided they have no valid package or ongoing subscription and have not used this trial before. Customers with a valid package can only choose a regular subscription. The trial costs 990 THB at the start; afterwards the selected Morning or All Day plan starts automatically and renews monthly.
Before you confirm, the app shows whether anything is charged today, when the current package ends, and the exact subscription start and first-charge date.

Morning, legacy agreements, and new All Day after its first six months require15days' notice before the next charge. Later requests end at a subsequent renewal. New All Day during its first six months follows the one-calendar-month notice rule above.
After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
During the trial you can stop the move to the monthly plan at any time before the first monthly charge is processed. The trial you paid for stays usable until it ends.
How to cancel: from My Page open subscription management, choose cancellation, review the exact expiry, final service-month price and remaining charges, then confirm. Your confirmed expiry remains visible afterwards.

During the trial you can switch between Unlimited Morning and Unlimited All Day before the first monthly charge. After that, a change takes effect from the next renewal.

We do not send a reminder before each renewal. You are notified of each payment result — when a charge succeeds and when it fails. If a payment fails, your membership shows that the payment needs attention in the app.
